The 4th of July

It was a hot morning. I had lost all my sleep again. ( I haven't been sleeping too well lately. I just can't get comfortable.) Gregg and I had agreed that since I didn't have to work after all we would leave for Delta around noon. Well noon turned out to be about 1:30. Big surprise huh for all you who know Gregg right?

Well once we left we headed out with Gregg's promise to stop and take pictures at a place i've been dying to stop at for well over a year now. Well we stopped and got sodas and were on our way. About halfway to our destination of choice are these cool little fireplace thingies. See picture.

See Gregg's hands on his belly ? Sometimes when he's in giant fireplaces he gets hungry. Real hungry. Sometimes he's just rubbing his belly. Anyways. Gregg humored me and took lots of pictures. Which I didn't mind because man did I look good.

Then we continued on our way. We arrived at his parents house just in time to meet the new bunnies and have delicious hamburgers and hotdogs. Also to see baby "N" drinking water straight out of the faucet. Precious.

After that Amy , Gregg and I " Played" Disney Trivia. Meaning we couldn't remember how to actually play the game so we just ended up answering the questions. Then a few hours later it was off to the demolition derby. It was warm at first , but ended up raining. However it was so much fun. After Amy got us funnel cake. Gregg and baby N tried it for the first time. I think they both enjoyed it.

Then Amy and I jumped in an extremely long line to get nachos and snow cones. Once at the front of the line we found out that there was no line for the snow cones. We felt kinda silly but got some anyways. They were super yummy. At that point I was freezing enough that we took the blanket and Gregg made a burrito out of us so I could stay warm. Anyways it was super fun. Need proof ?

We're down to 29 days and Gregg didn't realize we were that close. I did. So now we're into the crunch time. Which is not that enjoyable. We'll get it done though because we are excited. Things I love about Gregg today :

That and how eager he was to kiss me today. That made me super happy. Okay well till next time :)
