Those leftover pictures..

Man alive it's been the most wonderful day. I can still say that because I started work at 12am so that was the beginning of the day. The very first thing I learned at 12am this morning is that starting THIS SUNDAY , I get weekends off. Whatever will I do with my newly discovered weekends ? Gregg and I are already planning a camping trip. Not even kidding. We're stoked.

Then I came home and got to eat the leftovers of this beauty.

Remember how I told you I made a cheesecake , but I posted a totally different picture ? Well , I found this recipe which actually fit our pre-made pie crust much better. Let me just tell you this , It was the most delicious cheesecake I've ever had and it was crazy easy to make. I'll put the recipe at the bottom of the post.

Then Gregg and I decided to go on a date. So we got pizza , sodas ,walked around Barnes and Noble , and took my monthly belly shot. I'm just a little over 5 months so it still counts. Call me crazy , but I'm still team pink.

The picture on the right is from the Chrysalis formal. Which was pretty much a prom for our clients 18 and older. They had a blast , and so did I . I was able to talk both my girls into going into the photobooth , and i'm so cool that they begged me to go in with them. Well one did. The other ones boyfriend told me I was going in with them.

3 STEP CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
  • 2 Pkg of  8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar ( I used just over a half cup
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla ( won't lie. I used 2tsp and i'd do it again.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 6oz Graham cracker pie crust
Directions
  • Heat oven to 325 degrees F
  • Beat cream cheese , sugar , and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add 2 eggs. Beat until just blended
  • Pour into crust
  • Bake 40 min or until center is just set. cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours
That's it friends :)
