A little fear

So I was going to do a post on our "weekend" , but in my rush to gather everything for work tonight I forgot to grab my camera. Go figure right ? So I figured I'd follow the example of another blogger and do a post on my fears.

First up is potty training. Gregg always laughs at me and says " of all the parts of raising a child to be afraid of , your biggest fear is potty training ?" Yes. It is. I literally sighed in relief upon finding out we were having a girl , because I'm a girl. I know how to teach a girl how to use the toilet.

My next would be spiders. I have a personal bubble. It's already pretty huge. Meaning I really don't like it when my clients touch me. Or talk to me. Or look at me , but when it comes to spiders , the bubble increases to the radius of if I see you or know you're there , you're too close and you will die soon. Sorry spiders. Not really.

Next is labor. I'm not really "afraid" per se , it's more of I'm very nervous about it. I'm sure I'll do great , but since I've never had a baby before , I'm very apprehensive about the whole ordeal.

Okay, So I'm insanely terrified of waking up one day and being blind. Like legit blind. My vision is already terrible , but  I'm really afraid I'll have a little house on the prairie moment and be like Mary Ingalls and wake up screaming because all of the sudden I'm legit , pitch blackness , blind.

Some of these are super dumb I realize , but we're each entitled to our own fears right ? I figure tomorrow I'll do my best to post our weekend pictures. One day I'll even get around to those baby shower / apartment pictures.
