Honey Garlic Pork Spare Ribs

So I had made this blog with the intention of making it a cooking blog as well as a daily life blog. So here's my first food post. A delicious Honey Glazed Pork Spare Ribs. I made these one day for Gregg after we found some Pork Spare Ribs for super cheap at our Grocery store. These are what they looked like, and they were super delicious. So here's the recipe. ENJOY!!

Honey Garlic Pork Spareribs.
Cook time approx : 1hr. 30 min.

Ingredients
  • 4lbs Pork Spareribs , cut into serving size pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 3 Tablespoons  Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic , finely minced
Preperation
  • Season Spareribs with salt , garlic powder , and pepper ; arrange in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 325degrees for 1 hour or until tender; Drain off all liquid
  • In a saucepan , combine honey , vinegar, soy sauce , and garlic. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle honey mixture over spareribs and bake , uncovered , at 350 for 30 minutes, basting frequently.

* If you're like me and don't know what basting is , it's basically taking those juices that you drained off earlier and brushing/pouring them back over the ribs. I love to cook , but I had never basted before and had to look it up :)

Well I hope you guys enjoy this delicious recipe. I'm going to go get sexy for my husband . First date night since the wedding ;0)
