Our First General Conference.

Well our first conference together as a married couple I spent working. Gregg spent it cleaning the house , studying for his history midterm , and running me and the guys around to home depot and walmart. Also he spent it nursing a sick me. Long story short is one of my clients came home from his mothers complaining of a sore throat. After spending all day we find out he also ( his sister had it too) had viral bronchitis. Apparently i've probably caught it and spent the day with a probable ear infection , a super sore throat that i'm pretty sure is the same thing James (my client) had and now a stuffy nose. So I've been pretty miserable.

Today well Sunday , we were going to go travel to Gregg's parents house for conference. Gregg found out last minute ( literally) that he was working till noon. Since I was sick with something that was probably contagious , and since there were going to be six little kids running around the house , and because Gregg was super tired , we decided to not got to Delta for conference this weekend , and just go next weekend when we'd have more time.

So today we've spent all day in bed sleeping , coughing , catching up on the first session of Saturdays conference. I cried when I heard about all the temples that were announced. Especially the one right down the street from where we're living. I fell asleep halfway during Uchtdorfs talk. So I'll have to catch up on that. Then Gregg made yummy potatoes , put on Harry Potter  , and we fell asleep again. Then Gregg killed a spider.

Overall you could say we had an interesting first General Conference as a married couple. The good news being I feel much better. Not 100% but i'd say about 85% compared to the 40% I was feeling just yesterday. So here's to a happy week and a week planned for fun.
