Yesterday I joked with Gregg. I said " Gregg , I think i'm gonna go to hair school , learn how to cut/style/ whatever to hair , and i'm going to open up my own business."
I was joking , but the more I think about it the more I like it. Go to school for hair , go to school yet again for business , and open up my own hair salon. I'm kind of liking it. Any opinions ?

It's certainly an occupation which tends to be immune to the problems of the economy - hair still grows and needs to be cut even in hard times.
ReplyDeleteA member of our ward (a mother of 4, oldest 15) has a hair business out of her home. She can schedule cuts/stylings that fit her schedule. She's good, too...
I love doing hair! And I've been pretty lucky to be able to be pretty successful with it! Just be sure you're committed.... hair school is insanely expensive. It's definitely worth it if you turn it into a career. So if you want it, go for it!
