Breaking Dawn

Thanksgiving.

Okay so really only the top picture was taken on Thanksgiving. My sister in laws and I went to go see Breaking Dawn. We missed Courtney on the little outing , but the movie was SO GOOD. So if anybody wants to go see it or see it again , I'm game. I suppose I should start at the beginning though.

Thursday: Picked Gregg up from work. Showered, cleaned , bought a pie , then headed down to his parents. We got there ready for Turkey and A nap. Guess which of us was ready for which ? While there my nephew convinced me to try Turkey heart. I did and it was actually pretty good. I'd eat it again for sure. Then Gregg and I hung out with family for a bit then said we needed a nap and went to sleep. 2 hours later I was awake and Amy suggested we go see Breaking Dawn. We asked my mother in law if we could go , convinced Jen to go , then waited to leave. We went to the movie , had a blast , came back and my poor husband was awake. I didn't tell him where I was going because he was asleep and I assumed he'd still be asleep when I got back. Oh well. He got over it.

Friday : We woke up and took Amy and the boys to go see Santa! It was so much fun! They were all so cute and they got candy which I got to eat most of. Well most of the little ones anyway. We went home and ate , but by this point Gregg and I were both sick and achy that I just went into the room and took a nap... a long nap. We woke up in time to take them to the light parade also , which was short , but the kids really enjoyed it.

Saturday : Today was mostly spent cleaning and getting ready to head home. We got to see Eric my awesome brother in law. An hour or so later we left and headed on our 2 hour trip home. Once home I decided to vacuum and get the corner ready for the tree. In the process I tripped the breaker and knocked the power out in the bedroom. Hopefully I can convince Gregg to put up the tree with me , but I think that's going to be a battle I won't win.
