I know I've really been slacking on the whole posting pictures with every post , but I really am trying to do better. I'd like to make and excuse of : "oh I've just been really busy" or "Ya'll don't really care what I've been up to". Honest truth is I'm tired all the time and sleep all day. Plus Gregg and I spend most of our time in the house and the few times we do go out I'm really not dressed for the day. ( Think the most comfortable clothes you can imagine.)
Today however I will share 3 , that's right THREE whole pictures of what's been going on in my life over the last week.
Remember that time when I told you my mom and I went crib shopping ? Well this is the one we picked out. It's the prettiest color brown , with an attached changing table. We didn't get the bedding A) because we don't know what we're having and B) I don't really like that bedding anyways. So there.
After my mom left I went to a craft night in Salt Lake with my friend Ginny. It's $15 dollars and includes dinner AND the craft ! It was loads of fun taking this from just plain wood to what it is now. You can see I definitely had fun with the glitter. I can't wait to see what the craft will be for next month!
Last , but not least I'm making trips to the hospital for lab work. You try walking out of the hospital with this and have no one look at you. I got a pity look today. No joke. A lady looked at me and gave me that " That really sucks for you " look. Thanks ma'am I didn't feel embarrassed enough about having to walk out of here with this HUGE container that I get to keep in my fridge for the next 24 hours...
Today friends reminded me that I have to take it back to the hospital full tomorrow. Anybody have some groucho Marx glasses I can borrow ?

Such fun pictures! I love the crib! We haven't even looked at cribs yet! We definitely need to though! Also...I feel dumb..I don't even know what that last picture is of...? Haha.
ReplyDeleteDon't feel dumb. Pretty much the Orange thing is a 2 gallon container. The white thing is the most beautiful thing that I got to use the restroom in ( liquids only ) and use it to pour those same fluids into the container and keep in the fridge. Awkward times one billion.

ReplyDeleteGah! That is no fun! I hope everything is okay! My sister-in-law had high blood pressure but they didn't catch it early on so she ended up having some crappy stuff happen at the end of her pregnancy! So at the very least they're taking good care of you!
ReplyDeleteYeah My doctor was saying they usually don't test at what my BP is at , but I was so close to the borderline that he'd rather be safe and go ahead and test.
ReplyDeleteIn other news I'm almost bummed that the craft night just went up to $20 , but I figure for all the supplies she buys and stuff for the dinner and the craft it's probably still a really good deal.
