Food and Sleep.

My two most favorite things in the world. Right after Gregg. I promise there will be an Easter post , but that will probably happen tomorrow after all of our festivities have been done ? That was the most awkward thing to say in my head. I love hard boiled eggs , so you already know dying some eggs is going to go down. Anyways.

White Chicken Pizza with Caramelized Sweet Onions
Ingredients :
  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 3 cups halved, thinly sliced sweet onions
  • 1 tsp sugar ( I used a tbsp )
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup refrigerated Alfredo sauce ( from a 10 oz can )
  • 1 cup shredded deli rotisserie chicken ( I just made my own chicken in the oven and used 2 chicken breasts.)
Directions :
  • Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Unroll dough ; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press dough out to edge of pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until dough begins to brown.
  • Meanwhile , in 10 inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.Cook onions and sugar in butter 20-25 minutes, or until deep brown and caramelized; stir in thyme leaves.
  • Spread cream cheese evenly over pizza crust . Top with Alfredo sauce , shredded chicken , and caramelized onions. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes , or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
  • Overall I'd give this recipe a 8 out of 10 . It's super easy to make and tastes good , I just really didn't like the thyme in the recipe. Plus the cream cheese is crazy hard to spread , but that isn't really a huge issue because next time i'll just get the whipped stuff. Gregg however was crazy in love with it and gave it a 10 out of 10 . He added more Alfredo sauce to his pizza and was happy as clam.

Bedding !

Bedding!
This is our new bedding that I'm in love with. I've had a few people request to see pictures , so here are two from different angles. My goal is to eventually hang curtains (if we stay in this apt. or have it by a window again in our next apartment.) and to get 2 black night stands for each side of the bed and get lamps with red and white lampshades for each night stand. Eventually i'll hang up more wedding and family pictures too. Anyways. My job beckons me , so I must go. I'll be back tomorrow with Easter stuff.
P.S  this is going to post funny , so don't be mad at  me. I tried to fix it.
