Happy New Year !!!

Sorry , I know I ALWAYS say this , but I really should be better about blogging. I'll make it a new years goal of mine. Especially since I have stuff to blog about this year. I might be opening a little Etsy shop maybe. I still have to work out details and refine my skill, and see if it's something that would even be worthwhile , but I'm pretty excited to see where that leads me.

Tomorrow Gregg and I start a 5 day clean eating challenge. Which should be fun. Especially with Gregg starting school tomorrow as well. Did I mention he's finally a junior ? Credit wise anyways. He won't matriculate until the end of this semester. So we're finally reaching the end of this journey called College. Just ask us how excited we are about that.

One of my goals this year was to lose weight. Which is one reason why I made Gregg join me in the 5 day clean eating challenge. Although I can guarantee he won't make it the whole 5 days. I know him too well. It's also why I find it so awesome that my Mother in Law is letting us borrow their Wii fit. You can seriously get a work out from that.

My workouts usually consist of Aerobics first . Hula hoop , which I stink at and Gregg dominates. Stepping Which is flipped around. That's my thing. ( Guys... I just caught my husband doing Yoga.) Then I do boxing. I just started that tonight , but that is going to be my go-to workout because seriously my arms are killing me just a little. Then I go do some balance games , then do my push-ups into side planks. I'll usually finish my evening workouts with Yoga. I'm noticing myself getting better at it.

So hopefully that will knock off a few pounds if I keep it up. If I'm noticing some good results maybe I'll ask for one for Mothers day and give my Mother In Law hers back. ( Sorry LaNita at least you'll get it back this year. Promise.)

I was going to post some before pictures , but guys. They're BAD. Like..." How did I let myself get this huge" bad. So we'll wait until things look a little better. Then I'll do a before and after post. I do plan on updating daily with how I've been doing on the clean eating challenge , so you can expect at least one more post this week.

I also want to post some more recipes I've made recently so we'll see where that takes us as well. Anyways . Here's to a brand new 2015. I've got some good feelings about this one , so I know it will be a good one.
